Pro Player Pathway – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and participation in The Pro Player Pathway, operated by Jamiebreeno LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By purchasing, accessing any content, or joining our Skool community, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. What You Get

  • Access to our Skool-based training program tailored to your membership tier.
  • Weekly training videos.
  • Technical and position-specific training sessions.
  • Access to community discussions, group calls, and advertised bonuses.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

  • If you are on a subscription plan, your card will be charged monthly until you cancel.
  • Failed payments may result in your account being suspended until the payment is resolved.
  • No refunds will be provided unless:
    • This is explicitly stated on the purchase page, or
    • You can prove you have not accessed or watched any of the training modules.
  • For one-time payment offers, access is lifetime unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refund Policy

We believe in the value of our program and are confident it can help players improve. If you:

  • Complete the entire program,
  • Follow all the training and exercises provided, and
  • Can demonstrate that you have applied the methods taught (e.g., training logs, session tracking, participation records)

...but still feel you have not made any progress, you may request a full refund within 30 days of program completion. Refund approval will be at the discretion of Jamiebreeno LTD after reviewing the evidence provided.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Treat all coaches, moderators, and members with respect.
  • Avoid spam, harassment, bullying, or toxic behaviour.

We reserve the right to remove members without refund if these rules are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

All training videos, guides, session plans, and related materials are the property of Jamiebreeno LTD. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without our written permission.

6. Access & Termination

Access may be revoked if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes.

7. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees that you will become a professional footballer. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, discipline, and application of the training provided.
